Extremely High Employee turnover in every department of the company! People are nothing but numbers for the management! Heavy work load with negligible pay increase. Worked as R&D but was expected to work as production. Operation is in really bad shape. The V.P. would fire people left and right. Operations had no credibility. No vision. No opportunity to grow. Very poor communication within the organization. Absolutely No communication when people get hired or fired. Sales guys are not friendly at all and are back stabbers. Hard work is not appreciated. No career growth opportunity offered. I had to work 60-70 hrs a week.... had to work every other weekend....ridiculous! No Work/life balance.
