Pros
The new hires I met during group training were kind and supportive. Most of them left the company within a few weeks/months, which speaks volumes.
Cons
This was, without question, the most toxic and poorly managed environment I’ve ever worked in. Management was unqualified, emotionally volatile, and obsessively micromanaging, creating a culture of fear and chaos. Worst of all, they had no issue straight-up lying to employees, whether about policies, expectations, or scheduling. Coworkers only added to the dysfunction: constant gossip, backstabbing, and non-stop complaining. There was zero accountability, no clear structure, and absolutely no support for development or well-being. If you value honesty, professionalism, or even basic respect in the workplace, I strongly recommend staying far away.
