Pros
The discounts are ok. If you love fashion, it's nice to see everything new roll in.
Cons
Demanding work environment with very little chance of success. I worked in the couture department and was expected to deliver above and beyond service in an environment that was horribly managed and painfully disorganized. You can't win. There is zero accountability. Higher management is useless. You will consistently be expected to complete tasks outside your job description without pay. You'll be expected to attend pointless early morning meetings without pay. Your commission will be negatively impacted weekly by their broken and unregulated return process. Customers are able to successfully return obviously worn and/or damaged pieces to the customer service desk long after the 30 day return period. Months or even up to a year later (happened to me) The customer service department couldn't care less and allows this to happen. Theses returns come out of YOUR PAY without warning if you were the one who made sale. I could go on for days. It's a literal disaster. The stock rooms are filthy, t's common to see a $5000 garment squashed or rumpled on a dirty floor. Limited sizes and inventory, which means you can't sell what you don't have access to. You'll work really hard and never make a dime. Don't waste your time.
