Pros

Full-time employment with benefits. The organization try's hard to hear the voice of its employees. Regional managers travel to the stores and host open talk back sessions with a member from each department. Front row to the high end fashion world. Many opportunities. Bunny Johnson, the store manager, is always composed.

Cons

High turnover rate, which is consistent across the industry. Can be difficult to transfer between departments. Corporate calendars have no respect for personal lives and holidays. Often times, price reductions are scheduled on a holiday or within one day of the holiday.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
