Pros
Don't worry about making a good first impression during your interview because no one will be listening to a word you say. They are very busy!!!! This might mean you'll be hired for a position you didn't apply for or want. What about my Benefits, you ask? Time-off? Bonuses? Perks? Don't worry!!! There aren't too many of those to worry about so basically all you have to do is pass a drug test.
Cons
Just a few tips.. Remember to resist the occasional impulse to offer your honest opinion concerning any inconsistencies of a managerial or administrative nature. Sharing even a candid observations about diversity, theft, safety in the workplace, employee conflicts or random policies are really not appreciated even if you are asked. Keep your dreams of career advancement to yourself. Being too good, too well liked or too experienced can make you seem overqualified which makes some feel very threatened. Don't forget for one second that you're always being monitored via closed circuit camera. Document everything you do and say because everyone gets a turn being taken out to the woodshed by HR.
