Pros

People I met thru the work place Pay was good, direct manager expected you to live at job

Cons

Obnoxious home office management. Unstructured to the point of no two people have the same vision of the future That alone wouldn't be a problem if it did not reflect how the stores operated or better words lack of operated. No compensation for being on call 24/7 Management very catty, no check and balance on things done or said No updated manuals, training, or anyone double checking to make sure work is accurate until a huge issue arises. Then it's throw whoever you can under the bus as fast as you can A sexual harassment lawsuit waiting to happen All the superior management retired, moved on or passed away leaving the bottom of the barrel Once the company went public it went downhill rapidly

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

Employee discount and free samples

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
