Pros

Cons

Only come here if you have a prescription for anti-depressants. There are far more cons than pros to working here. The "atrium" office is old, unkept, and there is a known pest (cockroach) infestation in some of the conference rooms that at this point, employees are just use to seeing. This is unacceptable and why this office hasn't been given more attention or an uplift is telling to how much stock they put in employees. It's a moral kill. The office is very bare and sad. Seriously the most depressing company and office space I have ever been in. The culture is the worst part. Do not come here if culture is at all important to you. There is no existence of camaraderie. No one goes to lunch together, relationships aren't formed because you go to meetings, and then return to your desk face down in work. It is the most socially awkward place I've ever been. You can tell employees are aching for a change, but are too scared to color outside of the lines of remotely trying to be social with one another. There are no fun events, no team lunches, no employee resource groups to join, no recognition programs. You don't even know who is in HR because you never hear from them. Not even sure they exist. You hardly even get to keep your own lunch hour because meetings are constantly booked over lunch - and their isn't an onsite cafeteria to grab anything quickly on the go. I would really like to see what employee engagement surveys say. I know they can't be good. Not sure why C-lvl people haven't done anything about this. *This is all specific to the Irving Atrium office. Not sure of any other office locations. I'm out of here as soon as I get my next offer and I know several others are on the hunt as well.

Pros

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

Cons

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

Pros

Employee discount and free samples

Cons

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
