Pros

Through my agency life, there was never a balanced lifestyle. Sometimes I loved the brand so much that I did not even get an opportunity to work with challenges. Sometimes I do get a lot of challenging tasks to complete but the workplace pressure puts all out! At NPD India, i've been working close to one year now and got into the office during the Pandemic (When most of the companies did not hire or pay). Joined remote, working from the comfort of home due to pandemic but the team was so accommodating in understanding the limitations as i work from home and also helped me plan my activities load as I had challenging tasks with the projects that NPD India was working on. I find the culture encouraging and strong to push you take new roles and challenges within the firm at the same time allowing me to balance my work and personal life situation. NPD India being one of the sister agencies in the global map, the international collaboration with other offices from Brazil, US, Australia was a killer. I had never been part of live stream before every office talks about their cases, best practices and tricks. Working here for almost a year now, have won 2 times EOM (Employee of the month) for my efforts, happy to get recognized.

Cons

I am new to the remote culture, i am getting used to the reporting structure, it's pandemic that causes me to list and miss the office scenes. I might have to remove this as con, once i start working from the office.

Pros

I’ve been with NP for almost four years. I took another opportunity in this time and spent a few months ant another agency in between, and ultimately chose to come back. That decision really came down to the people, flexible work/life balance, collaborative environment, and the quality of work we deliver for clients. The team here genuinely supports one another, and there’s a strong sense of partnership across departments. It’s not just talk, you actually feel it in how everyone shows up for each other and respect each other’s individual skill sets to provide the best possible experience for clients. Working for the Neil Patel brand really comes with a big focus on producing thoughtful, high-quality results, which makes the busy schedule feel more rewarding.

Cons

Like any agency, it’s not perfect. Things move quickly, and there are the usual challenges that come with client work and balancing priorities, as well as process changes.
