      Great clinical staff, matrix scheduling

      Cons

      They have thrown away so much money on personal, lavish items that it leaves no more money for the centers. All perks have been removed, morale is low, management doesn't listen, nepotism, recent layoffs and closures of many centers...the list goes on and on.

      Pros

      Mostly ER trained nurses and doctors. Nursing decision support. Clean well kept facilities. Rad techs are cross trained to help with most patient care functions.

      Cons

      Managers don’t spend enough time there. Staffing cuts leave you without much help if an emergent patient comes in.
