      Pros

      The company overall is amazing and growing. I am impressed with the management staff here, the best I've worked for in years. They believe in Dwyer's "Code of Values" and live by them. My supervisor is amazing! Very supportive and actually takes the time to sit with you and review/explain a project to be completed, provides background on the brand and is open to suggestions on ways to improve efficiency in tasks and ways to improve reporting (these are just a few things I can think of off the top of my head)

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything at the moment. In some reviews, before I interviewed, I know they mentioned how poor the employee benefits were but they are working on improving them.

      Pros

      The pace is fast, but the teams are competent enough to keep up with it. You're moving quickly alongside smart people, not scrambling to keep things together. Leadership is excellent and clearly sets the tone for how the broader organization operates. The culture stands out. People are kind and engaged in a way that feels real, not performative. The brands in the portfolio are strong, which makes the work easy to get behind. Comp is competitive and the operational infrastructure is already there. For anyone who wants to move fast and actually get things done, it's a great environment.

      Cons

      As with any growing company, some systems are still being built out and aren't fully functional yet. There are many on the team who are relatively new, and the pace is fast, so there's an element of building the plane while flying it. However, this is an opportunity to have ownership and accountability for growth.
