Previously wonderful workplace in steep decline due to executive team - Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) NeighborHealth Employee Review

- New CEO and Executive Team does not include one primary care provider. They are out of touch with the work and what they ask of providers. They regard clinicians as dispensable and replaceable. - Short appointment times - High turnover and little to no administrative support. Poor transition plans for patients and providers as they turn over.
