Talent density - Anonymous employee Neighbor Employee Review

So many smart people who are still willing to help others and learn themselves. No ones ideas are smothered by leadership bottom to top. They do company lunch every other week which allows you to get to know everyone in the company, even the founders. I would be surprised if I work at another place with healthier work environment.

The WFH flexibility could use a boost. Everyone is required to work in office besides Mondays, which has its pros. But It might be why some employees are feeling burnt out so a few more days at home would have been nice.

Everyone is super nice and willing to answer questions

Doesn't feel like I am learning a lot, and the work is slow and repetitive; every process on my team feels like it could be way faster if we better implemented AI. Feels easy.
