      Pros

      Reasons why Neighbor has been an awesome company to work for: - Lots of unique and challenging problems - High level of responsibility and autonomy - Everyone is excited about the work and company - So many smart people to work with - Everyone is needed to succeed I have enjoyed every moment of my time here. Everyone is smart and capable at what they do. It is not often that you get to work in a startup where there are some of the smartest people you know.

      Cons

      While it is hard to find big cons, I would say the following: - Occasional feelings of burn out due to start up environment (never crushing) - Need to hire more people to keep up with the work

      Pros

      Three reasons I love Neighbor: - All of my co-workers are simultaneously incredibly smart and down to earth. I am learning by osmosis by some of the brightest minds, and being around them every day just makes me want to be better. - We have leadership with integrity. They lead from the front and the best ideas win. - We help our hosts earn significant amounts of money and save our renters hundreds of dollars by disrupting the storage industry. It's a disruptive platform in a highly distributed market, so there's meaningful opportunities of growth here.

      Cons

      This is not the place to work if you're just looking for a "job" or something that is "chill." We hire A players.

      Everyone is super nice and willing to answer questions

      Cons

      Doesn't feel like I am learning a lot, and the work is slow and repetitive; every process on my team feels like it could be way faster if we better implemented AI. Feels easy.
