      Pros

      The newest Heidelberg equipment. Good health insurance. Typically they adhere to holiday time off with pay. It is a climate controlled facility.

      Cons

      Excessive overtime and many Saturdays with little notice. It is not unusual to be notified of Saturday or even Sunday work on Thursday or even Friday.

      Pros

      You can make a small fortune and they have great benefits. Really nice, clean, well maintained plant. The newest cutting edge equipment. They spare no expense, every machine is top of the line. The best people I have ever worked for or with. Great owner and great management!

      Cons

      A lot of overtime. i averaged 60 hrs. a week. 5, 12 hr. days and several Saturdays. STRICT attendance policy. They pretty much own you but they pay a very good price.. It's not a bad deal if you like money. Just don't plan on seeing your family much. If you live in LOUISVILLE, BUY A NEW CAR EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS. it only takes a couple break downs and a few illnesses to get fired.

      All the overtime you would ever want

      Cons

      Takes forever to hire while severely understaffed, low pay rates which are not industry standard, more and more thrown on your plate constantly, no time for hobbies or family life.
