      - Wonderful people who very friendly, caring, helpful, and collaborative - Fun accounts, able to flex creative muscles and work together - Attractive, warm office space in Old City - Unlimited PTO - Free lunch several times a week

      - Often very busy - Getting new clients often overpowers the work that must be done for current clients - Lack of internal hierarchy and structure

      Pros

      The benefits are great, holidays include all banking holidays and the unlimited PTO is actually unlimited. Work life blanace is good and the insurance is top shelf, including the 401K benefit, only in office 4 days a week with Fridays WFH.

      does not pay for dependent or family coverage on insurance only employee
