      - Great people - Flexible for parents - Family-oriented organization - Good cause

      Cons

      - Huge gap between younger employees and upper management - No room for growth - Organization is stuck and unwilling to change and embrace new ideas - Younger employees feel totally undervalued - Great perks for parents, none for millennials - False promises always being made - Lots of turnover - Very disorganized

      Being an advisor is a great privilege. it can be challenging as a lot is asked of the advisors but it is a very positive place of work.

      Cons

      The pay is not great especially when we are working very hard.
