Work from home is very easy to get and no one asks questions. Generally no questions are asked when you apply for leaves.
Cons
Work pressure depends on the team and the manager/architect, there are no standard which is followed by all team. So if you are lucky you will be happy to work here. There's a state of confusion among HR and senior management after neev is acquired by Razorfish.
