      Steady schedule easy hours The easiest job you'll ever have because you're literally showing people where they sit Opportunity to move up in ranks

      Cons

      Everyone is related to each other. Everyone. Nederlander has 9 theaters in their organization and it seems that someone seems to be related to another person or persons at every single one. Because of this many of the employees do less than the bare minimum of the job description because they think that because their Mother or Uncle or whoever also works there, nothing will happen to them

      Pros

      They literally pay for everything. Health insurance, Life insurance, profit sharing into your 401k. Small team, Small family. Last 2 weeks of the year they're closed. 25+ recognized holidays.

      Cons

      Terrible Salary., but benefits balance it out.

      Pros

      the other employees. Some of the greatest people to ever work with. CEO is one of the greatest bosses you can have always kind and respectful. You have a lot of fun as long as you have a good house manager other wise look out

      Cons

      Senior upper managemnt, They do not treat the "little" people of the company with respect. It is a six day work week every weekend unless you can afford to take off. Main office workers are 5 day work week long hours there in the office. No cell phones,no reading and no talking to fellow workers on duty you can only watch the same play so many times without wanting to jump off the balcony.
