      Pros

      Great benefits and culture especially if you are a woman in the organization. Depending on which business unit you work for, there are great development opportunities.

      Cons

      Transperancy is an issue as far as how some individuals are recognised and promoted. Senior management is still predominately white and makes transformation look a bit discouraging at a junior management level

      Flexible Work options; Excellent leave policy; Great networking opportunities; Fantastic working environment; Knowledgeable colleagues; Superb on-site amenities; Endoresement of work / life balance; Fantastic learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are not always readily available to staff. There is too much red tape in getting things approved. Similary work experiences are not consistent across all areas of Nedbank.
