The best reason to work at Nedbank is great co-workers.
Cons
Unfortunately, Nedbank does not value it's employees. People are seen as cogs in a wheel, not as value adding individuals. Generally job satisfaction is low, and more employees are leaving (and not being replaced) so employee retention is at an all time low.
