- Good perks - The RH team thrive to get the workspace a very dynamic place
Cons
- Outdated technology - Old habits - No clear separation between business rules and technical constraints - Politics. If you start conflicts with the wrong person, I can end your career there pretty soon - Probationary period is actually 2 months instead of 3, because you have to take a training before starting that will keep you busy for approximately one month - No second chance, error is seen as total failure
