      Pros

      They truly care about employees at Nectar, Nerf gun war in the conference room, what!? Employee quarterly events , addressing all employee concerns immediately from the top down. This place is a breath of fresh air and very progressive. Communication seems to be there and open.

      Pros

      In a multi-disciplinary environment you can't help but learn about design thinking from every perspective. Amazing growth and learning opportunities if you want to stay curious.

      Cons

      Some veteran employees have a know-it-all attitude, but it still workable. Not a big deal.

      Pros

      Awesome team, great work/life balance and culture. Great opportunities to learn and work on cool projects.

      Cons

      Poor organization, bad communication. Company doesn't care much for ID. More focused on manufacturing and engineering. CEO is mostly concerned about Nectar's sister company.
