Pros

- There are some amazing people who work here! - I do believe that the mission and goal of the company is good - Some teams have flexibility with work location and hours - Unlimited PTO

Cons

- Pay is very under market value and bordering on disrespectful - while the promise of growth and opportunity is nice, so is being able to pay our bills - At a high-level culture isn't great - some teams and leaders aren't listened to - There is a pretty prevalent Mormon culture that makes it very uncomfortable for those of us who are not Mormon - Some teams are in-office as a requirement which is archaic and very behind on the times and what studies have proven makes employees most effective

Pros

The Team here is amazing. I’ve gained so many close friends from my time here. Nectar leadership really does care about their employees and they truly live by their values. I know that my manager and other leaders have my back.

Cons

Pay is okay. Not more than similar positions but not the worst. New products seem to launch out of nowhere sometimes and then we’re expected to be trained and ready to sell clients on it immediately. The onboarding process was rough, but pretty typical in a start-up-type company. You can always submit new ideas and feedback about the product, but unless you’re an Enterprise customer spending the big bucks, your idea is a nice to share, but will never be taken seriously or developed.

Pros

- Great work-life balance. Time off is never withheld, and lots of flexibility in my day for anything I need. (doctor appointments, car trouble, etc.) - The people I work with are awesome. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. - The work itself is not overly complex nor is it overly stressful. That doesn't mean I never get stressed at work, but compared to other jobs I've had, I'm not so stressed that I get burnt out. - Decent benefits that include use of the platform itself. Generally, my time at Nectar has been pretty pleasant. I haven't had any issues with my managers or teammates, and communication across the team is really good.

Cons

Considering that I've had a good experience with Nectar, I don't have a lot of cons to bring up. Honestly, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of diversity. There aren't a lot of women or people of different ethnicities around the office.
