Pros
The coordinator duties that relate to meetings with other companies and with varying clients is good, but not the office and owner.
Cons
The owner is very difficult to work for. The owner requires coordinators to do her accounting/billing work for her, rather than being able to focus solely on clients and client documentation. The pay is very low-it pays 13.00 an hour with either a degree and or experience in the field. The amount of time-consuming billing activities outside of the regular highly responsible and accountable work, should pay at least 16-20$ an hour. The owner cannot keep a regular receptionist/secretary because of her extremely reactive in-flexible personality. The other agencies around town are very aware of how difficult it is to deal with this owner. The owner actually ended up owing me money which I never received for mileage of 128.$ Not recommended to anyone to work here. There are better people/companies to work for.
