Great culture, very friendly and family like. People genuinely care about one another and there was good rapport between and in departments. I felt comfortable approaching my boss about whatever I needed to talk about. Coworkers were supportive and helped me learn the job quickly. I felt like an important part of the team.

Lower pay. It's a public company so the pay is somewhat lower, although for full time employees I expect the benefits may help make up for this.

Friendly people, Always something new to learn, very different from your normal office job.Positions are University and State funded.

Not a lot of room to grow or move up in the company. Some micro managing along with a lot of new upper management. The overall view about NET and where it is headed is somewhat blurred from the staff perspective. We do not currently have a strategic plan but there is one in the works.
