Pros

The actual temp agency (Nearterm) was not that bad, however they did not pay for all hours spent traveling out of state for required training.

Cons

Incredibly unorganized, and expectations for work were inconsistent and not clearly communicated at time of hire.

Pros

I’ve been with Nearterm for 3 years, and I’ve experienced growth and gained valuable insights, especially from our training and development sessions.  The leaders are not only highly professional but also approachable, understanding, and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of the team. Their support and guidance create an environment where ideas are valued, collaboration thrives, and challenges are seen as opportunities for growth.

Cons

I haven’t noticed any drawbacks in the company at the moment.

Pros

Working with Nearterm for the past three years has been an incredible experience. I’ve gained so much knowledge and continue to learn and grow every day. The Leaders genuinely values input and are always open to new ideas for collaboration. Their clear goal-setting approach inspires me to strive for me to do better, both for myself and for the team. For me, they make sure to prioritize their employee's well-being, ensuring I always feel supported and valued. We have our "Lunch and Learn" sessions, where leaders not only listen to recruiter calls but also review their own. This shows me how much they care about learning and improving together as a team.

Cons

I’m exactly where I want to be
