      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn and autonomy in my role, plenty of training offered if I want it. Remote working fits in well with my lifestyle. The team I work with are all fantastic people.

      - Some great clients, if you're staffed on a good one it's worth it - Solid benefits - Great coworkers - Good work/life balance

      Cons

      - Instability and lots of weird decisions being made (layoffs, increase in offshore hiring, personnel churn, inscrutable changes to bonus plan) likely driven by investor demands on profitability - Communication from leadership is tonedeaf and not transparent - Corporate, somewhat awkward company culture - No diversity in the leadership team
