Very inventive complex and interesting product; fast paced environment; decisions get made based on merit and facts without analysis-paralysis; no politics; passionate people; international organization and open culture.
Cons
You need to love what you do. The fast pace is not for everyone. Bigger companies I have worked for had better offices, but superficial things like that are impressive for 1 month.
