Pros
Near Earth Autonomy is a fantastic place to work. I started at Near Earth almost two years ago straight out of college, and it has been fantastic. The culture is very much one which encourages everyone to succeed. The work is interesting, and everyone from the HR department to the CEO of the company is extremely supportive. It is also really nice to work at a company where you can get to know everyone, and work closely with the entire team. Near Earth is a place where there is almost no red tape, and it does not feel like you're in a corporate wheelhouse.
Cons
As with working at any smaller venture, the compensation is smaller than you would find at a larger company. The benefits and salary are good, but are not comparable to a position requiring similar qualifications at a large company.
