      Freedom, decent opportunity to make money if you do well, company training in the States, open and transparent management that wants you to learn and succeed.

      Cons

      The freedom can be a bad thing if you're not a self-starter. Must be motivated to succeed because you're alone a lot of the time.

      Pros

      -great exposure to a lot of variety for younger techs to get into HVAC

      Cons

      -Management (many issues) -chaotic dispatching office -Favouritism amongst manager/tech relationships -hours not distributed fairly -zero training on complex systems you’re expected to be an expert in -recently acquired by PE, will only lead to more cuts on training and a shell of what the company once was.
