Naxa really tries to bring employees together. They have monthly birthday celebrations, random mornings they bring Porto's or other baked goods. The employees were like family. They do give yearly bonuses around Christmas time. The CEO is great! He treated me like family.

They need to give more employee evaluations and offer better pay rates. They should also give employee incentives to keep the employees happy. They didnt over health insurance.
