Pros

The drivers are the best. The credit card system is really spotty. It would help if there were someone to answer the phone.Instead you get routed to the drivers ,that may or may not come get you. This company needs help.

Cons

The owner thinks shes right about EVERYTHING ! well, as we can see she's wrong about a LOT! One day there may be a GM the next day there may be dispatch or you may go to the office and there may be a CLOSED sign on the door! You just never know what direction this company is going in. Then the owner gets rid of her employee's which makes the moral of the whole company even worse than it already is.

Pros

when the owner was away things were less chaotic.

Cons

Always a change. And not for the good. The credit card system never worked after she switched systems so it made it hard to get paid.

Pros

The people aside from the one female owner. People of new Orleans are wonderful.

Cons

The owner seems like she's in way over her head. She seems like a basket case when you can find her. The rest of the employees feel the same. It's an embarrassment to new Orleans
