Pros

Managers and Supervisors at my store are always willing to help. Great benefits for both Part-Time and Full-Time. Wide range of job opportunities and current employees get preference over non-employees when applying for open jobs. Pay is better than what I am used to, but still pretty low. It is basically minimum wage with a few extra dollars. Tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year. Accounting/Payroll will usually reimburse you for any expenses, such as fees for testing or licensing if you have a position that requires certification.

Cons

Some of the managers, at least in my store, seem like they are not willing to do their job and get quite annoyed when asking them to do something. If you don't like your job, ask for a demotion, or look somewhere else.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
