Pros

Managers are flexible with your schedule and will help work around your needs. It is easy to get leave when needed. Most employees are friendly and respectful and are easy to get along with.

Cons

Company headquarters are quick to cut hours when sales are down leaving hourly employees in a bad position to provide for themselves and their families. Hours have been cut for Full time employees for close to a year now and all employees just received a second cut in hours as a result of COVID 19 and have not been told when we should expect our hours to return. Current speculation is November for the Holiday Season.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
