Pros

Stable, you arent effected by Government Shutdowns. Other than stealing, there's a process to losing your job (sounds weird but trust, it's a pro, you may need it). Decent coworkers. A lot of on the job, real time training. OK benefits.

Cons

Toxic culture. Management doesnt know how to talk to people at times. Low salary. Very little diversity in upper management. The perception of low morale amongst employees is infectious. If you just need a job with benefits and interview here, take it. If you have offers anywhere else, go there.

Pros

- Job itself is quite easy - Don't have to deal with full public - Health benefits are nice - Get access to tax free product. - Very generous time off/sick time compared to other companies

Cons

- Management can be difficult to work with and seems inexperience in the technology that the workers are using to do their jobs. - registers, scanner guns, payroll software, store technology in general feels very outdated by todays standers and make it difficult to do my job. -Taking time off is difficult because of how poor management is with operating payroll software. - Hardly any training for new staff. - People that need to be fired aren't let go, but people that do a good job leave because management doesn't do anything about it except file a report. - Constant rotating staff that seems to be never questioned why they're leaving. - Pay is insulting compared to other companies.
