great workplace - Anonymous employee Navtrak Employee Review

Navtrak had an open door policy. You always had access to CEO and President and they welcomed new ideas. Everyone had a voice.

Location was far from metro area so made difficult to attract technical talent. Salaries in general were lower than comparable companies for support.

The best reasons to work for Navtrak are simple... We work hark and we play hard too. We have a very family type environment that is as exciting as it is resilient. We learn new things everyday and we have a great rapport with our clients. We enjoy a very nice amount of time off, and are allowed personal and family time.

The only downside to working at Navtrak is that when we lose an employee we lose a friend and that closeness has resulted in people returning after hiatus and coming right where they left off.
