      Pros

      The best reasons to work for Navtrak are simple... We work hark and we play hard too. We have a very family type environment that is as exciting as it is resilient. We learn new things everyday and we have a great rapport with our clients. We enjoy a very nice amount of time off, and are allowed personal and family time.

      Cons

      The only downside to working at Navtrak is that when we lose an employee we lose a friend and that closeness has resulted in people returning after hiatus and coming right where they left off.

      Pros

      Navtrak had an open door policy. You always had access to CEO and President and they welcomed new ideas. Everyone had a voice.

      Cons

      Location was far from metro area so made difficult to attract technical talent. Salaries in general were lower than comparable companies for support.

      Pros

      Best company I've ever worked for. Management is completely transparent and every employee has a voice and an opportunity to make a difference. Company is ethical in it's business dealings and would rather turn away a customer that isn't a fit than have an unsatisfied client. IT team is fantastic and as such products rarely, if ever, fail or require service.

      Cons

      Location - far from any large metro area.
