Wow, let's begin! Ceo and his family runs the place (3 people) ruining lives and mental health on a daily basis. Making sure everyone has a bad time working there. This is not just a personal pros this is based on remaining 100s who have left the place. Oh btw 50 people work there including everyone. So you'll be the Team Lead, you'll be the intern. There was one time we heard he legit being rude to his driver (boo you bro). Shouted at employees, told them they don't deserve their salaries. Can you not understand, why can you not understand this is so simple my 5 year old can do this. Like wow! Okay these go way worse than this. Let's come to the financial aspect for which you might still go ahead and join: DO NOT. Cutting down salaries under variable pay once you're on notice period, oh there's a screen viewer tool so they have every second of your activity saved as a screenshot. Salary cutdowns, no appraisal, no bonus which is written on joining letter. You can easily hear the CEO screaming on somebody on a fine day. Very common. Also those people still there. They all hate the authority, yes hate is the correct word. Those perfectly good brains just not ready to get out and voice their opinions. When you do not raise voices against oppression you become part of the oppressor. Get out guys, you are some really talented people and leaders who have to resort to almost harassing your team into work. Mental harassment is common, talk to anyone in the company one on one. They'll tell you. Those three are ruining lives not bringing projects. Also a sweet note to the authorities it is not cool to cut off HARD EARNED paychecks. It's looked down upon. And yes you have to work to feed your famy, you're not elite enough to not work a day and live so stop preaching this to your employees.
