      Pros

      I found nothing, even the salary was too average.

      Cons

      1) Very toxic culture 2) Bad behavior from management. 3) You will get promotion, if you can oil them. 4) No stability. 5) Dont expect any respect, you are just a servant. 6) There is no guarantee that you will work on single project. 7) Do you still need more.

      Values employees work, they keep things easy and never let carry workload on sat-sun. Good appraisals and raises.
