Management is very egocentric, supports favoritism, lack basic management skills, do no care for quality of service and customer satisfaction. No vision or no planning whatsoever, Do not care for employees, treat them badly, heed no attention to employee's suggestion, Not ready to invest on employees even on training, Their most valuable asset was dealership of B&O; but they lost it due to bad management. No structure in the organization, employees don't know their job profile. Funniest thing is after working for nearly a year HR department asked all the employees to write their own Job Description and send it to them. Held up full n final payment of few ex-employees for no apparent reason.

There are no pros as such.

Unethical and dishonest company which sells old used demo products to customers with a new package at the full price, vision less management, no job security, tremendous unrealistic work load, non co-operative bosses, shamelessly priced products. The company holds the salary of employees with no concrete reason, there is no word such as F&F settlement in the companies dictionary
