Poor reporting system and tedious, lack of appreciation from HR side, Management will change the rule however they please even if they are wrong, Clients are given more importance than employees, Health insurance is terrible and expensive, Pay is way to low compare to other surrounding companies. No work life balance, always stressful and everyone is burned out, no proper lunch break ( only if you get lucky), hard to get time off since no one stays in the company for long. Too many cons to mention
