      Pros

      Fun outdoor workplace. Pay is good when compared to the outdoor industry standard. Coworkers are wonderful people.

      Cons

      Ownership is incompetent and completely unaware of their shortcomings. I do not recommend working as a manager or director for this company as long as it continues to be run by the current CEO.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, beautiful mountain forest environment, meaningful guest interactions, chance to learn new skills and cross train for additional job roles, tremendous flexibility in scheduling days off.

      Cons

      Most employees are seasonal, thus few traditional benefits are provided (health insurance, retirement, etc.). Additionally, aside from summer and the autumn leaf season, available weekly work hours can be variable as guest numbers wax and wane.
