Pros
Worked with some decent and pleasant people, mostly on operational roles and some team leaders.
They are open for new people and it's easy to connect with them.
When I had trouble with management attitude, I could speak openly with them and that help me realise it's not about me as they had the same issues.
Cons
Top 3 people in the company (C level).
It's a startup and we can expect that 1 person is doing at least 5 people job, but there we no need for aggressive and passive aggressive communication nor dismissive behaviour.
