- Low marketing budget so not much freedom to do big campaigns - Average salary and little opportunity for professional advancement - Management doesn’t like taking risks or being bold in business decisions - The European branch is subject to reviews from the Chinese NavInfo which means you can’t get budget for new projects easily without approval and often people get scared about firings if the goals aren’t met
