      Pros

      Feels like a very good company for project managers some young PM gets salary over 6 digit and have good bonus system to payout. Boss buys free food and beer few times in year; takes you out on his boat or organize a bowling tournament people are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Apart from PMs and senior management most of staff is underpaid, benefits are awful

      Pros

      They will throw you to the wolves and expect you to come back alive! This sounds like a con, but after you come back alive, it is a huge pro. Not many companies will give you this chance to work above what you thought you’d do.

      No work life balance. Hectic life.
