Pros
- Clear road map for individual career path. - There were always transparency during KPI setting and marking which was easy for employees to understand where are they in their career development plan. - Great culture with many engaged activities such as women's day, thanks giving, year end party, company trip, teambuilding, etc. - No boundary between employees and manager/ BOD. - Customer mindset was 1st criteria for all employees
Cons
- Low budget for events and other activities. - Bonus rate for permance was not competitive to others.
