-Flexible work balance life -majority of coworkers are super nice, positive, helpful, great people (a handful of dishonest and will step on you to get what they want individuals)
Cons
-nepotism -leadership doesn't actually tell you what's going on -false promises -so unorganized, no structure -below average pay -employees are not valued
