Why are people still talking about this? - Anonymous employee Navigation Solutions Employee Review

Disproportionate pay, too many managers,...you know what? This company is essentially gone, it's finished. I see no point in reviewing a place that realistically won't hire anyone anymore. The company did well but never changed with the times. It had inept upper management consisting of "yes" men and poor project management over engineering and marketing. The CEO did not lead and let personal relationships conflict with his judgement. This created an enviornment where some "untouchables" bullied and harrassed subordinates.
