Pros

You live in a yacht being payed to travel around the islands and socialize with guests making sure they're loving their holidays! If you are a natural people person that loves making new friends and spending all day by the seaside

Cons

As with most seasonal jobs the cost is your personal life as you spend most of the time with the guests (which are awesome) but have to say goodbye every week and welcome a new group.
