      Your work timings may stretch into late nights and weekends occasionally. Not a great work life balance . No yearly hikes or appraisal feedback/discussion from team .

      Good people work for this firm, but unfortunately they churn out quickly and do not last long.

      Cons

      Engagements are sold with no knowledge of what the firm does, what the consultants capabilities are.
